A Conversation on Born to Flourish
Sunday, March 22
5pm to 6pm, pacific time
online via zoom
Two of our closest friends in the dharma world have written a book together — Born to Flourish — and it comes out March 24.
Richie Davidson is one of the world’s most cited neuroscientists. Cortland Dahl has spent decades bridging Tibetan contemplative traditions with modern science.
Together they’ve been studying a simple question: what does it actually mean to flourish?
Their answer is both ancient and surprisingly practical — that awareness, connection, insight, and purpose are trainable capacities, and that even a few minutes of practice a day can begin to reshape how we live.
I’ve wanted to have this conversation publicly for a while. Sunday feels like the right moment.
Join us this Sunday, March 22 at 5pm Pacific. No registration needed — just show up.
The book comes out March 24 — you can preorder it here.
